Effectively these mowers pull themselves along requiring minimal effort from the opperator. The user only has to steer the machine. Another benefit of these mowers is that they are able to pull themselves up inclines this is particulary useful for uneven lawns.

The problem is that Overtime Fescue is a brand and never contains the same blend of varieties of Turf Type Tall Fescue.

I use it to when I need a spare bag here and there — but there are much higher qualities of seed available in Kansas City.
